Dotaz bude p\u0159ed\u00e1n na univerzitu. Nem\u016f\u017ee rozhodnout program\u00e1tor.<\/li>\n<li>28.02.2018 M\u016fj n\u00e1vrh je pou\u017e\u00edt kombinovan\u00fd sn\u00edma\u010d teploty a CO2 s v\u00fdstupem RS-485.\u00a0Firma SIEMENS by ale musela po\u0159\u00eddit RS-485 modul do PLC SAIA. Ten by se ale n\u00e1sledn\u011b hodil i pro dal\u0161\u00ed aplikace, nap\u0159\u00edklad \u010dten\u00ed dat z pod\u00e1vac\u00edch \u010derpadel, frekven\u010dn\u00edch m\u011bni\u010d\u016f. Nejprve se tedy fouk\u00e1 vzduch zp\u011bt do prostoru v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkov\u00e9 stanice a pak teprve dojde k p\u0159echodu fouk\u00e1n\u00ed vzduchu ven z prostoru v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkov\u00e9 stanice. O lep\u0161\u00ed regulaci ventil\u00e1tor\u016f nemluv\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>Bude vznesen dotaz na SIEMENS (konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na pana Mazance)<\/li>\n<li>28.02.2018 &#8211; Oslovena firma SIEMENS<\/li>\n<li>02.03.2018 &#8211; Panem Mazancem bylo sd\u011bleno, \u017ee tak, jak je to zapojen\u00e9, je dle technick\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy. Pokud chci pr\u00fd m\u011b\u0159it tlak na d\u00fdze ventil\u00e1toru, m\u00e1m se obr\u00e1tit na gener\u00e1ln\u00edho dodavatele prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm univerzity. Provedeno.<\/li>\n<li>05.03.2018 &#8211; Po konzultaci s panem \u0160ev\u010d\u00edkem (UTB) bylo rozhodnuto, \u017ee bude pod\u00e1na \u017e\u00e1dost (reklamace) na firmu SIEMENS, aby byly sn\u00edma\u010de tlaku p\u0159epojeny tak, aby m\u011b\u0159ily tlak na d\u00fdze ventil\u00e1toru, nikoliv prostor potrub\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>16.03.2018 &#8211; dne 16.03.2018 byly na VZT jednotky 1 a\u017e 6 dodate\u010dn\u011b instalov\u00e1ny sn\u00edma\u010de tlaku ur\u010den\u00e9 k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed tlaku na d\u00fdze ventil\u00e1toru. Tyto sn\u00edma\u010de tlaku byly sou\u010d\u00e1sti dod\u00e1vky, ale z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu nebyly nainstalov\u00e1ny b\u011bhem stavby. V elektro sch\u00e9matech s nimi nen\u00ed po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1no a je t\u0159eba zjistit pro\u010d. D\u00edky tomu se v syst\u00e9mu BMS zobrazuj\u00ed hodnoty, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee do prostoru se fouk\u00e1 v\u00edce vzduchu, ne\u017e se odtahuje, ale re\u00e1ln\u011b to nen\u00ed pravda. Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s firmou SIEMENS bude pot\u0159eba zjistit, zda jsou \u0161patn\u011b p\u0159ivedeny sign\u00e1lov\u00e9 vodi\u010de a podle toho n\u00e1sledn\u011b i upravit elektro sch\u00e9ma zapojen\u00ed, aby odpov\u00eddalo realit\u011b. Jde o to, \u017ee p\u0159i o\u017eivov\u00e1n\u00ed se zkou\u0161ely pouze analogov\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy pro ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0serva variabiln\u00edho regul\u00e1toru pr\u016ftoku a dle firmy SIEMENS bylo v\u0161e v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Zp\u011btn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly se nezkou\u0161ely, proto\u017ee byl p\u0159edpoklad, \u017ee jak nap\u00e1jen\u00ed, tak i zp\u011btn\u00fd sign\u00e1l je veden jedn\u00edm kabelem a nem\u011blo by doj\u00edt k p\u0159ehozen\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>11.04.2018 &#8211;\u00a0z m\u00e9 strany se s vysokou pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed jednalo o fale\u0161n\u00fd poplach. Pan \u0160ULC provedl funk\u010dn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky, kdy provedl \u00fapravu po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho tlaku na odtahov\u00e9m ventil\u00e1toru a zm\u011bny se projevily spr\u00e1vn\u011b na analogov\u00fdch vstupech, kde vyhodnocuji vzduchov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed na odtahu. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je situace je\u0161t\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00edstech je p\u0159i projektovan\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu VZT jednotek\u00a0vzduchov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edvodu men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e na\u00a0odtahu. Interval tedy nastaven na 120 sekund. Provedena op\u011btovn\u00e1 funk\u010dn\u00ed zkou\u0161ka a jisti\u010d ji\u017e nespadl.<\/li>\n<li>Dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru ale dan\u00fd rozv\u00e1d\u011b\u010d byl shozen\u00fd ji\u017e od ned\u011ble 11.03.2018, proto\u017ee v dan\u00e9 rozvodn\u011b v tento den nesv\u00edtilo sv\u011btlo. Jakmile byl jisti\u010d nahozen dnes, sv\u011btlo ji\u017e sv\u00edtilo.\u00a0 To je zm\u00edn\u011bno proto, proto\u017ee se zji\u0161\u0165ovalo, pro\u010d baterie nepodr\u017eely rolety naho\u0159e po dobu 24 hodin. Prakticky to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pro ka\u017edou m\u00edstnost se nastav\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrustek tlaku v potrub\u00ed pro minim\u00e1ln\u00ed projektovan\u00e9 vzduchov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edrustek tlaku v potrub\u00ed pro maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed projektovan\u00e9 vzduchov\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. N\u00e1sledn\u011b pak doch\u00e1z\u00e9 k line\u00e1rn\u00ed interpolaci. N\u00e1sledn\u011b se provede sou\u010det t\u011bchto tlak\u016f. Tento sou\u010det se n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159i\u010dte k minim\u00e1ln\u00edmu tlaku v potrub\u00ed. Tento minim\u00e1ln\u00ed tlak se zjist\u00ed p\u0159i zaregulov\u00e1n\u00ed VZT, kdy se zav\u0159ou v\u0161echny VAV a budou v\u011btrat jen konstantn\u00ed regul\u00e1tory pr\u016ftoku.<\/li>\n<li>P\u016fvodn\u00ed syst\u00e9m regulace v\u00fdkonu ventil\u00e1tor\u016f v\u0161ak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zachov\u00e1n, kdy je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ep\u00ednat mezi tlumen\u00fdm, pln\u00fdm a automatick\u00fdm re\u017eimem.<\/li>\n<li>21.06.2018 &#8211; Bude prob\u00edhat zkou\u0161en\u00ed tohoto nov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<\/li>\n<li>Po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed tlak\u016f je pou\u017eito jako n\u00e1hrada m\u00edsto syst\u00e9mu m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed tlak\u016f p\u0159\u00edmo na d\u00fdze ventil\u00e1toru, kter\u00e9 zat\u00edm nen\u00ed elektricky zapojeno a tud\u00ed\u017e nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 tuto informaci pou\u017e\u00edt a pracovat\u00a0 s n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>21.06.2018: VY\u0158E\u0160ENO<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strojovna chlazen\u00ed<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u0159i poru\u0161e chlad\u00edc\u00ed jednotky 1 bylo ve spolupr\u00e1ci se servisn\u00edm technikem zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde sign\u00e1l poruchy od chlad\u00edc\u00ed jednotky, nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba ru\u0161it po\u017eadavek na chod t\u00e9to jednotky. C &#8211; chladici jednotky jsou presto v provozu a spotrebovavaji elektrickou energii. To je dle meho nazoru ted zbytecne.<\/li>\n<li>Navrhuji do BMS pridat promenne, do ktere se\u00a0zapise limitni teplota + teplotni hystereze + casova hystereze.<\/li>\n<li>Pokud venkovni teplota prekroci nastavenou hodnotu (+hystereze) po nejakou dobu (casova hystereze) a bude povolen rezim chodu strojovny chlazeni, tak se aktivuje chod chladicich jednotek.<\/li>\n<li>Minimalne pres noc chladici jednotky nemusi bezet a usetri se tak vyznamna cast elektricke energie<\/li>\n<li>Pokud venkovni teplota bude mensi nez limitni teplota &#8211; hystereze po zadanou dobu (casova hystereze), chod chladicich jednotek se zakaze<\/li>\n<li>Je to pouze provizorni reseni do doby (?), dokud se nevyresi finalne chod IRC (stridani rezimu)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">26.06.2018:Nevyreseno<\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Navrh na uspornejsi provoz VZT 3.02<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Do BMS pridat prepinac, pomoci ktereho by se povolovala kaskada pri chlazeni VZT 3.01 ve spojeni VZT 3.02. Prvnich 45.0% akcniho zasahu by se vztahovalo na VZT 3.01 a dalsich 55.0-100.0% by se vztahovalo na VZT 3.02 (pokud by VZT 3.01 nastacila chladit)<\/li>\n<li>Ucel je opet uspora energie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>11.07.2018: Vy\u0159e\u0161eno<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Chyba v chodu rekuper\u00e1tor\u016f<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Panem Tillerem bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee pokud je VZT 3.01 v chodu, ventil topen\u00ed je na 0%, venkovn\u00ed teplota je cca 18.0\u00b0C, odtahov\u00e1 je 24.0\u00b0C, tak i p\u0159esto je na p\u0159\u00edvodu cca 24.0\u00b0C, co\u017e ned\u00e1valo smysl.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159i kontrole programu bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee sice je VZT spr\u00e1vn\u011b v re\u017eimu topen\u00ed, ale i kdy\u017e byl po\u017eadavek na rekuperaci 0%, tak nebyl zablokov\u00e1n chod frekven\u010dn\u00edho m\u011bni\u010de, co\u017e zp\u016fsobilo, \u017ee rekuper\u00e1tor je po\u0159\u00e1d na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 25Hz a proto teplota vzduchu na p\u0159\u00edvodu po\u0159\u00e1d byla vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e bylo \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1no.<\/li>\n<li>Je to syst\u00e9mov\u00fd probl\u00e9m u v\u0161ech VZT, kde je rekuper\u00e1tor, proto bude provedena oprava programu a budou p\u0159ehr\u00e1ny \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9my, aby se toto u\u017e ned\u011blo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>02.08.2018 Du\u00e1ln\u00ed alarmy Nevy\u0159e\u0161eno<\/strong><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>po\u017eadavek, aby se nezobrazovaly du\u00e1ln\u00ed alarmy, nap\u0159\u00edklad dnes 02.08.2018 porucha dopl\u0148ovac\u00ed stanice ve strojovn\u011b chlazen\u00ed, tak se zobrazil samotn\u00fd alarm 2x.
